Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Worship leaders also provide profile information including biography, instruments, worship styles, and video samples.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Match churches with available worship leaders
• Process payments and payouts through Stripe
• Send notifications about bookings via SMS and email
• Communicate platform updates and renewal reminders

Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. SundaySubs does not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

SMS Notifications

By creating a worship leader account, you consent to receive SMS notifications when a matching need is posted. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information between churches and worship leaders only as necessary to facilitate confirmed bookings (e.g., a leader's contact information is shared with a church only after a booking is confirmed).

Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and secure cloud storage through Supabase.
