Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SundaySubs (“the platform”), operated by SundaySubs LLC.

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. SundaySubs connects churches with worship leaders for service bookings. Churches subscribe annually to post needs. Worship leaders use the platform free of charge.

Payments and Cancellations

Church subscriptions are billed annually at $399/year. Booking payments are charged at the time of acceptance and released to worship leaders automatically after the service date. Cancellations made within 21 days of a service date are subject to our cancellation policy: churches that cancel within 21 days owe the worship leader 50% of the agreed rate.

Conduct

Users agree to interact professionally and honestly. SundaySubs reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate community standards or misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability

SundaySubs facilitates connections between churches and worship leaders but is not responsible for the conduct of either party during a service.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
